First Post. Eclipse of 2017.

This is new to me, so give be a break.
I am married for 41 years.  Retired from the Post Office (35 years.)
I have 4 daughters, 3 who are educators.

One of my kids asked me to help with my telescope during the Solar Eclipse last year.

I set up a box to view the projected image.  It turned out that all the kids in the school came out to see the image from my telescope!  There were some new sunspots born during the eclipse.  While I was watching, a commercial jet flew across the sun. Too bad I didn't get a picture.
